Day 01 - Tbilisi

Meet and greet at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Tbilisi. (-/-/-

Day 02 - City Tour Tbilisi

After breakfast at the hotel we will explore the capital city of Georgia, Tbilisi, wonder in the old districts of the city which are structured like terraces, as well as take a walk in the narrow streets to enjoy colorful houses, patterned balconies and wonderful samples of modern architecture. We will start the tour form Metekhi church (13th century) facing the magnificent views over old Tbilisi. A stroll along winding little streets takes us to the main sights of the city. Here in Tbilisi we can see the interesting coexistence of different religions: Armenian Church, Jewish Synagogue, and Muslim Mosque. Afterwards we enjoy the panoramic views of the whole town and through the ancient Narikala fortress (4th century), find ourselves in the historical domed sulphur bath area - connected with the name of our city. Overnight in Tbilisi in a hotel.

Day 03 - Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Tbilisi

Today we drive to Mtskheta and visit its historic Jvari Monastery (6th century) and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century) –both UNESCO World Heritage sites. Return to Tbilisi. Overnight at the hotel in Tbilisi.

Day 04 - Tbilisi – Haghartsin – Dilijan

After breakfast at the hotel, say good bye to the fairy tale city of Tbilisi and drive Georgia – Armenia border Sadakhlo, fulfill border crossing formalities and start an unforgettable tour in Armenia. A pleasant drive accompanied with luxurious nature will take us to Dilijan to enjoy the 19th century appearance of the town. This wonderfully forested region is rich in mineral waters. Some of them are compared with Wichi in France and Davos in Switzerland. Dilijan is “the Switzerland of Armenia.” On the way to Dilijan pay a visit to Haghartsin Monastery, situated near the densely forested region of Dilijan. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.

Day 05 - Dilijan – Lake Sevan – Yerevan

After breakfast at the hotel we will have a short walk along the azure Lake Sevan. Lake Sevan has a unique combination of great size, high mountain location, and comparatively “soft water”. Lake Sevan is one of the greatest freshwater high-mountain lakes of Eurasia. It is located at about 2000 meters above the sea level. (Optional* lunch tasting barbeque from Sevan trout). We will then explore the summer residence of the Favorite Armenian King Ashot the Iron (Ashot Erkat) – Sevanavank Monastery (9th century). Transfer to Yerevan. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.

Day 06 - /Departure YereVan

Transfer to the airport. Farewell.
