Day 01 - London (2 Nights)

London Scotland Tour (Mumbai to Mumbai) guests will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport-respective airline terminal, four hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.London – the capital city of England and United Kingdom, world’s most visited, powerful, favourite global city situated on the banks of river Thames. Upon arrival, at airport clear the immigration formalities and proceed to the city. In the afternoon, you will have free time, so that you can lunch like a local! Take a taste of the London’s delicious cuisine. Later we enjoy panoramic views of the city through London Eye – Europe’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel

Day 02 - London

Today we explore London city, we see 'Changing of the Guard' at Buckingham Palace – a formal precisely choreographed musical ceremony where old guards are relieved by the new guards. Taste the destination’s soul! Here’s some free time for you to try out local delicacies to your heart’s content. After that we drive through London city and see Tower Bridge – Victorian Gothic style two tower suspension bridge on river Thames, Piccadilly Circus – a busy square in the heart of London also known as Times Square of London, Westminster Abbey – a place of worship, celebration, ceremony and a coronation Church since 1066, Big Ben – Iconic clock tower famous for its accuracy and the massive bell, River Thames – 346 kms longest river in England, Trafalgar Square – most attractive public square in the city of Westminster, Houses of Parliament and Hyde Park – a huge Royal Park stretching from Kensington palace to Buckingham Palace famous for its speaker corner for free speech and demonstration. In the evening we have free time for shopping at spectacular Oxford Street.

Day 03 - London – Stratford – Windermere (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Stratford-upon-Avon – a medieval market town in England’s West Midlands, is also a birthplace of William Shakespeare. Upon arrival we visit the birth place- House of William Shakespeare an English poet, the famous English play writer and World’s greatest dramatist. In the afternoon, the lunch time is actually your free time to try out the region’s authentic local food. Later we travel through scenic Lake District area to Windermere - a large lake in Cumbria’s Lake District National Park which is surrounded by mountain peaks and villages.

Day 04 - Windermere - Glasgow (2 Nights)

Today we visit the shores of Lake Windermere and enjoy a cruise ride. Later we proceed to Glasgow – a port city on the River Clyde in Scotland’s Western Lowlands famous for its Victorian and art nouveau architecture. Don’t just see, but experience the destination! Make the most of your free time to try out the local dishes during lunch time. Upon arrival at Glasgow we explore the city and see George Square- the principal civic square in the city, Glasgow Cathedral- also called the High Kirk of Glasgow and the River Clyde- the eighth-longest river in the United Kingdom, and the second-longest in Scotland.

Day 05 - Glasgow - Edinburgh – Glasgow

Today we do a full day excursion to Edinburgh – Scotland's capital city known for its medieval Old Town, elegant Georgian New Town, neoclassical buildings and gardens. Upon arrival, we visit Princes Street, Royal Mile and take a photo stop at new Scottish Parliament as well as at Holyrood Palace - the official residence in Scotland of Her Majesty the Queen. When in Edinburgh, do like the Scots do! Go ahead and relish the Scottish cuisine. Later we view Arthur's seat – an extinct volcano which is the main peak of the group of hills in Edinburgh, followed by a visit to Edinburgh castle – a historic fortress which played a pivotal role in Scottish history, both as a royal residence and as a military stronghold.

Day 06 - Glasgow – Manchester – Departure to hometown

Today we proceed to Manchester – England’s second biggest city with a rich industrial heritage. Before the tour ends today, here is your last chance to relish the authentic English cuisine. Later we explore Manchester city, we see Manchester Cathedral, Town Hall, University of Manchester and Albert Square. It’s time now to say goodbye!
